1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
