1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided (if using frozen, make sure to thaw and drain)
1/4 teaspoon salt
